We went through the drive thru at 7:30. The person taking the order was rude and very short. We pulled up to the window to receive the food, He shortly blurted out the total, snatched the card from my hand and shoved the food out the window and didn't offer a receipt. He rudely told another vehicle that pulled up to the speaker that they were closed (posted hours say 9pm). He asked if we wanted any condiments and then tossed a handful at me. Upon getting home, the gravy lid was off and all over the bag, and the biscuits were just thrown in the bucket. This is THE WORST service I have ever received from this location. Very poor people skills and horrible attention to detail.

I placed a mobile order, drove to the store, only to find that the doors were locked and there was no staff inside. The drive through had a small piece of paper that said “out” on it, and there was no other indication of what was going on. This was at 11:15 am on a Monday. Due to KFC’s poor customer service availability and badly designed mobile app, I still HAVE NOT received a refund for the food I never got to eat.

It's extremely frustrating to go out of my way and not be able to go inside. You can't eat fried chicken in a vehicle! The same person taking drive thru orders can easily also take a counter order. It's not like I need a worker to stand next to me while I eat at their table.

Sent my daughter to go pick up dinner and the woman taking orders was so rude that my daughter came home in tears. So.. to the lady working there.. who is obviously beyond miserable PLEASE do everyone a favor and FIND A NEW JOB and stop scaring children! $46 and NO biscuits, gravy or sauces! If you can not complete an order DO NOT take my money.

Love the chicken sandwich but The last 4 times I went to this location, they don’t take your order, answer door or phones! Looks like kfc will be shutting down like jitbox!

Don't answer the phone when you call. I don't do door dash or ect.. the door is locked . They answered the door once and said the inside is closed because they don't have enough workers. I don't have a car to go through drive thru.

No such thing as Quick Pick Up at this location. Website says nothing about dining room closed and no information for how to do a Quick Pick Up. Don't bother trying to call they won't answer. Plan on waiting in the long as drive thru lane for your Quick Pick Up.
