One of the friendliest places we've eaten in St Louis. It felt like eating with family. Live DJ playing soul, jazz, & blues during the day. Brunch buffet was delicious and reasonably priced. Don't pass this one up! The caramel pecan crescent rolls were the best! They let me take a couple home for later!

This was our first time here and we love the HOT FRESH FOOD that is made on order and we also love the customer service that they have the cook come out the kitchen and check on things that a two 👍👍 for us and the other plus size is it's BLACK own

My lunch was excellent. I had the fried corn, smothered potatoes, and fried chicken. The establishment is a great comfortable place to enjoy an intimate lunch with someone who you are dating.

On Sunday they do a Soulfood Sunday. They only serve soul food. I told the owner/chef that i was vegetarian and she recommended the mac and cheese and then said you know what i have a black bean burger in the back. I had a black bean burger mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. They were great. My other half had cheese shrimp and grits, mashed potatoes, stewed apples and green beans. All of the food was great. They had a dj and tv.
