When I've dined inside in the past, it was always a great experience actually. I don't think they're handling the pandemic as well as some others right now though. If you order ahead online, you still have to wait in the drive thru.

There are not many still open in the St Louis market, most had poor customer service. This location is a bright shining star.
Our waitress today was awesome, the food was served quickly, and she was very attentive without being overly so.
If all the locations had service like this, they would still be open.

Was seated quickly and order ten quickly. This is my first time back since reopened. Ordered shakes to go and although the waitresses are slammed, they are required to make shake orders for their customers. This is not right there should be someone working that station. Steak n Shake please fix this!! You ladies are wonderful. Food was great as always!

Wonderful, fresh food. Wait wasn't bad at all, especially in the last hour of them being open for the day. Our server Daniell (not sure if spelled correctly) did great and was very attentive!

It was the day before Thanksgiving and we had just finished our shopping. It was time for a celebratory breakfast. Connie was so warm and funny when she greeted us and we instantly felt welcome. The coffee was hot and delicious and my cup was never empty. Food was timely and tasted great. We will go back again.
