Bri, the Manager was so friendly. The wrong order was delivered and she made sure to correct it immediately. She went above and beyond.

Boneless wings were yummy and the pizza was well prepped and tasted great. Tomatoes were added as an extra topping, which wasn't requested, but it didn't take away from the over all experience. Rather randomly get more, than missing something.

Best location by far (Oakville by the Panera Bread). Consistently friendly staff and a quick pace of service. Location is always kept clean and tidy, my favorite Pizza Hut ❤️

Update 8/2022:
What a turnaround! I’ve tried them a few more times in the last months and I think this may be the best pizza place in Oakville now. The staff is attentive, down to drivers that care enough to tell you when they think your doorbell may be malfunctioning. Food quality is great, and the closest to classic Pizza Hut I’ve had I years. Accuracy has been spot on as well.

Horrific hygiene here. Came in to pick up my order and watched the line cook prepping pizzas with no gloves, then use a broom or mop in the area, then go right back to using the unwashed and ungloved hands to make pizzas, gripping crusts and toppings with their now horribly contaminated hands. When I pointed this out to the girl at the counter she said it was because they “have a full screen tonight”. Disgusting and definitely a violation of corporate and state food handling/safety guidelines. Needless to say I didn’t pay for or take my order.

It was a very good loaded Pizza for just over 10 dollars. The best I have had in a long time! Pizza Hut is getting a clue.. You have to give product for the money to keep your customers satisfied for return visits!!!

Online ordered. Built My own pizza. Checked out. Said my order would be ready in 20 minutes, and it was ready, hot and fresh. EXCELLENT PIE!

Pizza Hut always is good, but the last pizza had a lot of crust. The sauce and toppings did not go all the way to the end like it usually does. But it was delicious.

I think the boneless chicken is very small. I was disappointed in the portion. I didn't realize they were nuggets size. We purchased the Honey BBQ. Very tasty, though
