Mcdonald's

My daughter and I visited McDonalds and the manager's mannerism, professionalism and customer service was impeccable! His name is Montez,! I seriously forgot that I was at a fast food restaurant instead we felt like we were at a 5 star restaurant. Montez's interaction with coworkers and customers was absolutely delightful ! We watched in amazement how the warm interaction took place and the cordial feedback he received. This is my favorite McDonald's because of Montez and his crew. My family and I visit this particular McDonalds several times a week! We're loving it! BaBaBaBaBs 🎶🎶🎵🎼

This is an excellent McDonalds to go to! I never had any problems at this McDonalds. I have gone through the drive through and I have been inside. It's nice, clean, usually the cashiers are friendly; this McDonalds is not too chaotic, and I never had any problems with my food. The only drawback is not McDonald's fault in this location, but coming off of Lindbergh and going into the driveway can sometimes be a pain. Sometimes the traffic on Lindbergh can be rushed and sometimes Lindbergh can be crowded. Plus, when going to this McDonalds, it could be easy to miss your turn; again because of the surrounding traffic, and the often crunched in traffic surrounding this McDonalds. But again, the above drawback is NOT McDonald's fault at all! It has more to do with city planning, etc. But, once you get into this McDonalds, it's can be all HAPPY times after that!
