Just got food from here at around 6:00 pm on 11/01/23. Wish I knew names. The young drive through guy was very respectful and kept saying ma’am, thank you, and you’re welcome. Another worker made a joke about it going to take 45 minutes to make my chicken sandwich because it would be fresh, and all the workers seemed to get along and were joking around with each other. My food was also very fresh and hot. Best fast food experience I have had in a long time. Thank you.

All 4 @ 9:30 helped me move my vehicle out the way of the drive thru to ensure their customers could get to the food, as well as helping me with my emergency! Excellent staff ! All went above and beyond and fast!

Its was our first time to Jack in the box. We had a large order. It was accurate when we received it , the employees made sure we had all the needed condiments, napkins, etc., the food was great and fresh. We will definitely be back our next trip to St. Louis.

First of all, huge shout out to the crew at this location but specifically the manager and the young guy working the drive-thru. I was having issues with my card and they were more than accommodating. Excellent customer service and the food was fresh and delicious too. 5 stars for everything!

I haven't had Jack in the Box in years. Food was top notch. The soda machine had an extremely limited selection and all soda was flat. Other than that, I really enjoyed it!

Took my child here for the first time. We used the drive thru and the food was hot and fresh. She loved her onion rings, breakfast biscuits, and chocolate shake. Customer service was great too!
