Monark Cafe is a great place to grab a bite to eat. They are located in the lobby of the Orhopedic building off of Old Des Peres Rd. They have a great variety of food and it is always tasty! They have a chili that is out of this world! I often come here to get some chili for lunch even though I don't have business in the building.
On top of that, the owners, Mark and Monica, are very nice and friendly! It's always a pleasure to get something to eat from Monark Cafe.

The items are always fresh! Many options! The owners are very accommodating. They have a make your own version of most menu items! You can order ahead and designate a pick up time during regular business hours. You can customize and pre order box breakfast and lunches from menu items for some catering events. The cactus chilli is my current addiction!!

Found this place by accidentally locking my keys at the gas station across the street and having nowhere else to go. I had a wonderful experience. Very friendly staff, offered to make things on the lunch menu in the morning and gave a great portion of food for the price. The location is strange but I'll be back

Just had the Elements breakfast sandwich and it was outstanding! Made to order with fresh ingredients. Very friendly service too. Highly recommend this place!
