Average 4.5 stars. Their sliders always seem to be freshly made and hot. I'm a big fan of the two double bacon cheeseburgers and a large chocolate milkshake! And yes, White Castle's shakes at least double the size of Amy other fast food restaurant chains! Good job guys!!!

Food is always as expected, but good customer service can be a bit tricky. Employees are few, but I would like to believe that they are working hard to make up the slack.

I went through the drive thru. I wasn't sure if the lobby was open. The service was a little slow. One guy left the line because of the wait. Since Covid, we have a new normal when it comes to fast food restaurants. The food was delicious 😋. It was worth the wait. Maybe I am getting old, but I can feel the effects of inflation.

I always receive great service at this location. There is sometimes a bit of a wait if it is the lunch or dinner rush but that is expected and the friendly service more than makes up for that. Even when they are super busy, everyone is always friendly and the food is always hot. Thank you for great service!

Service is always slow at the drive through. I can remember when a stop at White Castle was less than 5 min, even if there were 20 people in line. That was before drive through. Now any stop is 15 min or more with shorter lines.
