A must visit! Baptiste the sommelier recommended this fantastic wine from the Alpille and I will remember my time there! Our server provided top notch service ! A incredibly beautiful hotel, stylish & well appointed digs! I loved the way you journeyed through different zones from the roof top bar to the pool. Our room needs only a simple word LUXE. Very engaging & friendly staff, TOP SPOT! A must do in your journey through Provence. 😍
Absolutely wonderful! The hotel design is beautiful and room #1 has original 17th century ceilings. The staff is extremely friendly, competent and efficient. Dinner on the terrace was icing on the cake.

The hotel is one of the very few places around the world the offers a true and authentic hospitality experience. The product quality in terms of the hotel hardware as well as the f&b offering is simply amazing. Ralph and his entire team are spot on by delivering a true, honest, pure hotel stay with a lot of comfort and class without being stiff and to traditional.

From the moment we arrived we felt invited and welcomed. I had just been directed by GPS through the old town and was pretty frazzled but there was Ralph to greet us and even parked the car while we were treated to a lovely glass of wine. Having worked in architecture for over 20 years, I was visually stimulated by the hotel's beautifully executed design. Ralph took us on a tour giving us the history of the building and his own experience with the renovation. The restaurant was so great we ate there every night, after which we sauntered to the rooftop for a stunning view. When we left (which was hard to do) I felt we were leaving friends as they were all there to see us off. The beauty of this hotel are the little things - the details that you take away with you. Thank you so much Ralph for making our stay unforgettable. We've already decided we will be back!

Stunning modern cuisine. The tasting menu was something truly delicious. Every part of the meal was there for a reason and it was modern, experimental but perfectly cooked and seasoned. If I could eat here every day I would. The staff were fantastic, attentive and knowledgeable.
