Went out to eat prior to viewing the Windcrest Christmas Lights. We were seated right away. Our waitress was Raven and she was terrific. Very attentive and efficient. The food was delicious.

My wife and I were having a terrible evening, and we decided we earned some red lobster. The food is great, but what made our experience even better was our waitress Shaina. Her hospitality was like no other. We would definitely but ONLY if we got Shaina again.

Had an amazing dinner and everything was super tasty! Raven, our waitress, was amazing! She’s super kind and friendly! Hadn’t been to a Red Lobster in a while but my family and I will definitely be back thanks to her! Raven was so courteous and polite bringing our food and checking on us throughout the meal!

The staff is amazing! I haven't been to this location in over a year, and it was exactly the same as I remember. From the hostess to the bartender, Anna there wasn't one bad moment. Our server Edward, was funny, friendly and just made the whole experience like dining with family.

I decided to go in 2 nights ago into this marvelous establishment to satisfy my seafood cravings and I have to say that I had the best experience there so far. I had the pleasure of meeting my new favorite server Raven, she was very welcoming and attentive from the start. The food was wonderful and I experienced no issues during my visit. I'll definitely be returning, and kudos to whoever is responsible for hiring such amazing staff.

Haven't been to this Red Lobster since the early 90's! Great to celebrate Mom's birthday here, brings back nostalgia for her and I.

Went to Red lobster on Walzem road for lunch. There was no wait and hostess set us down right away. Edward was our server ("Thumbs Up") Manager came by and asked if we would like the $5 Margarita? Yes, we did & they were fantastic. Had the Steam Crab Legs However, I did not like the bed of Crispy Potatoes that comes with the meal. Added a baked potato and the House Salad w/Thousand Island dressing.
I believe if they would have the baked potato and salad with every meal. I think business would pick up drastically.
If you're one of those people who are watching carbs. Then that's where you would substitute for one of the other sides.
Lunch was wonderful. Food was hot and Edward our server was absolutely fantastic! Will definitely be back to the Red lobster on Walzem Road.

Service was good. Salad came out well after Entree, but it wasn't a big deal. Frozen marg ($5) did not taste very good. Restaraunt smelled like the carpet needs replacing.

It's dark in there but the service was great and the food was good, I don't really think worth the price but it was good . The lobster was a little rubbery so I hope for the future it gets better .
