File's Burgers

100 percent this place is awesome !! My boyfriend and I were greeted with a warm smile by the front counter person, no pressure to order right then and there, the food came out so fast, fresh food, the burgers were flavorful, fries were cooked perfectly and so were the onion rings. Everyone was so friendly! The atmosphere was amazing as well. Can’t wait to come back :)

I was a bit skeptical about it's almost 5 star rating, but let me tell you, this place IS 5 stars. I got the double cheeseburger and it was great, it had a great flavor and cooked good. Great homemade burger. I got tator tots and they were great too, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. My kiddos got the nuggets kids meal and they loved it. My wife got a chalupa and she said it was great. The guy working the register was friendly and helpful. Any time we're in San Antonio we're definitely coming back. It's kind of isolated, but the great burgers make up for the location.

When I walked in I instantly felt welcomed. The decor made me want to bring my friends here and say look at all the videogame/skate/ basketball posters. The general vibe of the place was awesome. I was greeted very pleasantly, overall service was great. Food came out, I got the barrio burger which is pretty good. I don't live in the area but I will be coming back whenever I want a burger.

If there one thing I love neighborhood establishments. This place was a lucky find for me. Food was absolutely amazing! Burger was seasoned perfectly, with fresh veggies with none of that Whataburger lettuce but beautiful green leaf lettuce! Tater tots were cooked to starchy perfection! Rodrigo was super friendly and inviting. If you’re looking for a great new burger place I highly recommend this place! Filès y’all just gained a loyal regular, see y’all soon for round 2!

Visited 06/17/23 Little restaurant that we always pass by. Decided to give a try. Walked in to a very warm welcome. Greeted us and told us about their menu. We ordered nachos, a bacon burger and crispy taco. Food was a bit pricey but again what isn't. Worth a shot if ur in the area. By far the best friendliest customer service I have ever experienced any where! Keep up the awesome job guys. For that I will definitely be back. 😀

Yes, make the trip out here with the fam. Yes, it is where the gps is taking you. Yes, it's in the middle of a neighborhood. Yes, you will really enjoy it! Just like other reviewers, I had File's on my try list for a while. The staff is super friendly, I think File himself runs the register. The decor is awesome, everything I liked about growing up in the 90s. But more importantly, the food is great. Try a little bit of everything if you can, specially the crispy tacos, the best crispy tacos in San Antonio. They do have a drive through but I recommend you make time to dine in. Enjoy y'all!

Cozy little dive restaurant. The owner and staff are super welcoming and polite. Burgers are very tasty. Buns are soft just the way they should be. It's one of the best burgers for sure. Fries, tots, and onion rings are all fried to perfection. Also ordered a beef soft taco and a beef crispy taco. These were very, very good as well. I will definitely be returning to try other items on the menu. Or another burger 🍔 😋
