Subway

We walked in ar 4:15pm on Wednesday, December 5th. There were 2 other people in line. I walked out after 5pm not wanting to ever go back to this location. There was one person behind the counter, who probably hasn't worked there for more than a week. I just wanted a Chipotle Steak and Cheese wrap the way it is made, no changes. I have had it once before and, honestlyb have no idea everything that comes on it. She proceded to tell me that I had to pick what I wanted, very rudely, I might add. Why did I have to explain to the employee that the recipe cards were right on the station? So after that, she made it with the recipe card but it was not wrapped right and fell apart all over me. I honestly think I will stick to another sandwich shop. Customer service, sense of urgency and presentation all seem to be lacking at subway anymore. Over 45 minutes to serve 3 customers, which would have made me late for work even if I wouldn't have had to go home to change my clothes because of the mess, plus rudeness of the employees...No thank you.
