The Restaurant Repair Company

BEWARE!!! This company charged me twice for the same invoice back in August and even though they admit their mistake, they will not refund my money despite numerous requests over several months. It appears they no longer have a website and are probably out of business. What a nightmare! They literally stole my money!

I needed some repairs could find any one that could come (as it was late at night, called these guys and they sent me Cliff Solis . Didnt know at the time he would be my saving Angel. He came in and fix the problem for next to nothing instead of replacing everything, like 3 other companies were trying to tell me " ITS THE ONLY WAY" i heard twice........ If you are in Houston, call them and ask for Cliff, he shoot you staight . This guy was taught right.

Without going into A LOT of detail, because there is a lot, DO NOT use this company. Horrible customer service, overcharged for service performed, another customers service charged to my cc and took 8 phone calls at least for them to admit to and credit my account. Owner acts very concerned but did not return my call within a week like he promised and accounts receivable employee very rude and condescending, also did not return calls when promised and did not look into concerns. Tried for over 2 months to get situation rectified and was told they don't have the time to deal with it and they don't need my business. BEWARE!!

He was driving in a company car behind us on the road and felt we weren’t going fast enough despite us going over the speed limit Proceeded to get into the lane next to us, with cars coming the opposite direction to get around us A car coming the opposite lane had to swerve into the shoulder to avoid his reckless driving Complete disregard for other people on the road, could’ve seriously killed someone, and based on other ratings seems like the type

We have been struggling with Restaurant Repair company to finish fixing the Machines in two restaurants the technicians do not update the Managers on what the next step is, that that parts need to be ordered. I agreed to pay 50.00 more per hour for fast service or service been on a Saturday its been over a month, I have been calling weekly for updates and they tell me the same thing, the order is on back order. Today I spoke to Tammy lets see what information she can give me I have to finish service with them since they started it I will be looking for another company once im done with this nightmare.

I have been very patience with this company, I called them for repair on 12/04/2018, they when and check the machine and left premises withhout saying anything to any one, I called back because the issue was not resolve, they stated they order the parts from manufacture amd they were waiting for them, today is 01/08/2019 amd they still have not repair my equiptment, I talk to Leland he stated he was the CEO of the company and he stated the machine will be done today. I just called them back amd they are closed anthe machine still not repair. I just hoping this nightmare ends and never used them agian.. the WORSE company to hire.
