This was my first time visiting this office, as I recently moved to an area nearby. From the moment I walked in, I had a great experience. Doctor Lee and all the staff were efficient, courteous, and conscientious of covid guidelines. I'm happy to be a new patient here.

I have been going to Dr. Chang for all my vision care for over 6 years and intend to continue to for as long as I am in the area. The reason I keep coming back? They really take care of their patients. You never feel rushed or like you don’t matter to them. It’s rare to find healthcare professionals with this degree of attentiveness to your individual needs. I love coming in to see my eye DR. He is really friendly and always ask me if I need anything else. I love how the staff work together to make sure I’m taken care of at the time I’m in the office. I ask if I can see glasses to upgrade and they showed me all till I got satisfied with my new glasses. I love it and I do tell my friends and family to give it a try.. thank you so much.

The facility is well maintained, very orderly, on time, and addresses all patients with respect. Ample seating area and parking along with eye glass selection.

Dr. Chang and his staff are amazing! They are very efficient with their care. I thoroughly enjoy my visit under Dr. Chang. I did not feel rush througout the exam and follow up. My contacts and glasses were ready within a week! That was quite a fast turn around.

Always friendly, quick to get you in and out in a timely fashion. I usually get to appointments 15 minutes early and sometimes I’m out by the the time my appointment was supposed to start. Every person at this office is great.

Dr Chang rocks. He's highly available and doesn't rush through exams. His front office does a great job with scheduling so you rarely have to wait. The selection of frames is quite good and will be even better once the expansion is complete.
