First time ordering online. Got there and told batista I was picking up from the app, waited about 10 more mins before asking again, then coincidentally my order came up. They were not busy at the time, with 5 baristas.

Not the best Starbucks I've been to. Harassed people for masks and vax cards. Kicked two people out for sitting down without showing a vax card (ridiculous in my opinion). Then took over 10mins for my drink while everyone that came in after me was getting their orders. The reason it gets a 3 star instead of 1 or 2 is that someone actually came up to ask if I was waiting on something and handed me a coffee bread to make up for the wait, which I'm thankful for. Will be taking my business to other starbucks' in LA that don't harass people over their medical decisions

Order online or it's a long wait. Tons of people are ordering online now so those drinks are being made also. Order 5 mins ahead n just walk n and grab ur drink.
