Birk's Restaurant

Great vibe, delicious food and amazing service. While we did not have steaks, the pasta and risotto were amazing with fresh seafood and flavorful seasoning. I love their bread rolls as well: amazing with just plain butter. The ambience was modern classic with good spacing so you feel really comfotable enjoying your meals

Me and 4 girlfriends went to San Jose/San Francisco to celebrate my birthday! I wanted a nice steak dinner to celebrate. I started searching Google maps and found Birk’s. I loved that they took reservations and had their last reservation at 830pm so we had enough time to get back to San Jose to change and be ready for a nice relaxing dinner! Birk’s happened to be in an cooperates office area so as I was driving around to find it, which I missed the original entrance, finally found it on the East side of the buildings. Parking was definitely easy to find at 830pm. But I could see if the offices were open it may be a bit of a challenge to find a close spot. We walked in and was greeted immediately. We were sat at a nice table that could see the kitchen. We ordered drinks and appetizer - calamari and then a wedge salad for myself. The rest of the meals were the filet mignon with blue cheese and port wine, sea bass with black rice and prime rib with Lobster Mac and Cheese. Everything was cooked to perfection! This was a wonderful birthday dinner and I would recommend this for a nice dinner or celebration!

Great American-style restaurant offering standard comfort food. Server was friendly and experienced - he knew their wine list well, and paced the meal well. Cocktails were well made and delicious. My poached shrimp arrived searing hot. Steamed vegetables were perfectly cooked - still crunchy. My friend's ribeye was a perfect medium-rare. Water glasses were refilled without asking. The server brought out a complimentary birthday dessert for my friend, which was a nice surprise. Heads up that the building in under construction and it took us a while to find the restaurant. Overall, great meal, wonderful service.

First time to this restaurant very good food the service and staff were fantastic really cozy, we had a company dinner and celebrated a birthday. Great venue for any occasion. On the expensive side but still very good. Appetizers were recommended and did not disappoint. Entree was a steak cooked to perfection. Dessert was amazing I love cheesecake and they did not disappoint.
