House Of Bagels

Compared to Noah bagels, I found they have Jalapeño and Tomato which was good. From a quality, this bagel is little more softer than Noah..I like it little harder so prefer Noah. dozen bagels here was $15.50 after tax with no cream cheese. however Noah gives dozen bagels with 2 cream cheese. I found price of cream cheese here ridiculously priced at $6.50. Bigger/better variety of cream cheese is 2 for $4 at safeway just across the street. they also charge $1 for cutting the bagel, but noah does not charge anything. Bottom line, I do not recommend this place.

I love this bagel shop and it's my go to breakfast place. I come about once a week for breakfast for the past 10 years. I usually order a sausage breakfast sandwich on an all-in-one bagel with a Vietnamese iced coffee. Perfect way to start a long day at work. Sometimes, I grab a Banh Mi in the morning for lunch too. Even after sitting on my desk for 4-hours, it's still fantastic. The flavored cream cheeses are good too. My personal favorites are the scallion and jalepeno. The jalepeno is actually spicy so if you're sensitive, be aware.

This is by far my favorite bagel shop anywhere. Their food is great, and the service is better. The woman who works there seems to know everybody's name and order. Actually, the second time I went here, she remembered my order, and almost my name... after just one visit! Blew my mind. Also, they make great brownies. They bake them on Saturdays (as of mid-May), so go Saturday afternoon or Sunday to get nice fresh ones. Once again, my favorite bagel place ever. Go give them business... they are exactly what a small business should be.

Bagels are ALWAYS fresh and delicious. The lady owner is so sweet and helpful and always has a smile that brightens our day. Great for a quick breakfast on your way to work or a quick, inexpensive lunch (great bagel sandwiches). They don't "over-cream-cheese" their bagels like most other bagel shops.
