Customer service was garbage!! One worker had air pods on and completely ignored me! I had to pull off my mask to ask for help after trying to get his attention his attention once all i wanted was a lid he grabbed it and just handed it to me. No other acknowledgment! Music was blaring!! Will not return to this location again! If he could leave no stars i would!!

I have to admit I had somewhat of a disappointing experience on my first go around however I spoke to the manager and he was beyond helpful in making it right. Cold stone always has fantastic product but service is what you’re looking for and I think that the management at this chain goes above and beyond.

Awesome Ice-creams! They also have milkshakes and smoothies! You can literally make your own ice cream with any available ingredients! They have kids sizes and regular ones. Then small regular one is also pretty big in size! Lots of variety to choose from. Two of my personal favorites are chocolate devotion and Oreo overload. Basically all ice cream lovers def need to visit here once and I guarantee you will be back for more! They do not have a lot of seating though. Only a couple of tables inside and two tables outside. Also sometimes they have huge line.

I like cold stone, but this is the first time I order a prepackaged ice cream cup, and I'm so disappointed in the false advertisement on this cup, the images on the label and the claim that it's cake batter with cookie dough, and I dug a quarter way in and their was nothing but vanilla. Vanilla ice cream is half the price at a grocery store, I'm surprised no one called this cup a scam, I don't even know what the other cups have but I assume it's all vanilla as well.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service. I had to do a doordash delivery today and it consisted of a quart of ice cream as well as a 6 pack of ice cream cupcakes. Not only did they originally just hand me the quart but they made me wait longer for the cupcakes which I legit could’ve just grabbed from the freezer. One of the two workers there said the cupcakes were in the freezer behind me which implies I could’ve grabbed it myself since nobody was doing it for me when they gave me the quart ; I had a past delivery where a worker knew I needed a product in the freezer additionally and got it for me. None of these workers did. So I waited . The other girl who by the way is SUPER disrespectful, asked to take a pic of my doordash order and texted it to her boss because she said she wasn’t sure if she had to make the cupcakes or not. Okay but no. I’m not going to wait longer if you need to make them because you should’ve been prepared when the quart was handed to me. The text in the end was not even remotely necessary because she never updated me on that. I waited some more and finally decided to grab a 6 pack ice cream cupcake out of that freezer because the other worker said they were in there twice . As I take one and walk over to hopefully get a to go bag, the rude girl worker snaps “you can’t just take that. Put it back.” When I was told by her co worker it was in that freezer. Which implies again that I can take it myself. They clearly weren’t doing anything. And I wasn’t “just” taking it. I was taking it for the order they were not prepared with. This girl is beyond rude. She clearly doesn’t even want to be there . They’re very disorganized and lack any sort of urgency for doordash deliveries. And don’t tell me I’m simply taking something from your building when you weren’t prepared AND a worker told me the correct item was in that freezer. So so so rude .
