Buffalo Wild Wings

Waiter kept forgetting what we were asking for. He was constantly fooling around and dancing with his coworkers in their little workers room. We ordered a cheesecake with the caramel on the side but they gave us a cheesecake covered with caramel. I politely told a waiter we asked for the caramel on the side and so he took it and brought us a new one. No joke he literally brought us a frozen cheesecake, straight out of the freezer, it was rock hard. I would say the food is below average but it's pretty expensive I paid almost $20 for a burger. I still can't believe they gave us a frozen cheesecake.

Terrible location do not even bother going. Waitress brought my food and basically never came back- it was so spicy that I asked her if I could get some more ranch and a refill on my drink and she said OK but 10 minutes goes by and then I see her walk over to a table of no joke 24 people and start taking their order. By this time my food was completely cold. The bus boy brought me ranch and I said but now my food is cold and all he said was sorry about that, do you still want a refill on your drink? And I said not really, I’d really like me hot food and he was not able to do that so then I paid for my drink in cash and then as I walked out I didn’t want them to think I was ditching the bill so I told the girl at the waitress stand named “Sav” what happened and she gave me so much attitude and said are you telling me you’re not paying for your food?! and I said yeah I’m not paying for food that I wasn’t able to eat because my waitress completely disappeared. This location would do well actually pay attention to some customer service.

Well I unfortunately went in and had terrible service. I had to ask multiple times for stuff I ordered, half of the stuff I ordered I didn’t even get, and I was charged for one of the things they didn’t bring me. Then there was a back and forth that took at least 30 minutes between myself, my server, and the manager. And the server was showing attitude and mad LIKE WE DID SOMETHING WRONG. This place needs better service. Oh and some of my food was cold too.

If there was a zero star review I would've put it. The food was atrocious the texture was off, the flavor was disgusting, and about 40% of the wings we're hard as a rock. Over all terrible experience I cannot believe I spent $17 on "$10 boneless wings." I will definitely NOT be coming back in a millennia.

To be honest I don't usually hit up chain restaurants that often but I did have a giftcard from a year ago and gave it a shot. The texture was a bit off on the wings and there was an almost imperceptible difference in sauce flavors. The kicker was paying $8.19 for fries and then the reality of receiving a handful (literally)of mediocre fries. Would I give this place another try? Naw.

I had such a great experience dining in today. I’ve been to this location before but never had such great customer service like today. Spencer was amazing! He explained all my questions from the menu and you can tell he cared to make sure we were happy. I am VERY big on customer service and spencer exceeded my expectations.
