Asian Hut Restaurant

This is one of the best proverbial hole-in-the-wall Saskatoon restaurants for authentic Asian cuisine. The dishes and the restaurant are so straightforward and salt-of-the-earth that you can imagine that walking outside reveal that you've been transported to the other side of the globe. But on the other hand it's full of character, and that's true whether you're talking about the no-nonsense order taker or some of the creatively named dishes, i.e. Eight Jewel Deluxe Tofu or Minced Pork Eggplant Delight, not to mention their specials. As others have mentioned, the place is a hidden jewel, so much that I hope not too many people read this review - and that the remaining readers not flood the place. Don't want the magic ruined. (grin) But I'm sure the proprietor would simply take it all in stride if the tide came. Nothing seems to phase her much. So sure, go ahead and check it out!
