Nice establishment that makes the most of its limited space. The food comes in a nice big basket and the service is friendly, just slightly understaffed. Worth checking out if you like to bar hop!

It’s a nice place for sandwiches, all of their beers are decent. I like how they show history about Sayville, and it is very historic. However, the door is very noisy when you walk in, and I keep thinking it’s some animal.

First off, Matt, the bartender/waiter was really awesome! His service was top notch! We ordered chicken wings and the pastrami sandwich. Their wings were one of the best we’ve ever had. They were so juicy and crispy! The pastrami sandwich was piled so high and we know why they call it the Katz meow. Moist and delicious and perfect amount of fat ratio! It is right up there next to Katz Deli! We travel for food and had to try this place! The sign “hearty sandwiches” drew us in. So happy we stopped in!

Revisited this place for the first time in 10 years and it’s still great!! A cozy little bar that is welcoming and has a great selection of beer!
