Hands down best vegan/ vegetarian ramen place in Washington. The broth is amazing and is probably one of the best that we have ever tasted. Their loyalty program is also a plus as they provide a free gyoza after 5 Ramens and also give you the 10th Ramen free if participating in the program. The only downside is that they removed the wait list option and you have to stand in long lines (rain or shine) for your turn now instead of getting added to a wait list and arriving when you're at the top of the list. Also, due to the crowds, they have often messed up our order and have promptly corrected it later as well. But, this has not pushed us away from the place. This is a must visit place in Seattle for any Ramen lovers or even someone who wants to explore Ramen for the first time!

Our server was Kacey and she has worst manners on how to handle the customer. We were the party of 7 and she refused our request multiple to let us sit together. (Even after there were multiple tables empty) We were not asking to move the tables. Absolutely bad service and behavior.

So glad they open until late hour. I was there when I visited in Downtown Seattle for trip. I like restaurant atmosphere. I felt like I am in the ramen shop in Japan. The restaurant was very clean and staff were very friendly and very quick served. The ramen was great too! I would love to visit again when I am in Seattle next time.

The best vegan Ramen I have ever had. We got one Miso and one Negi-Roma. Both are very different in taste, I loved Negi-Roma. It’s pretty customizable from noodle thickness, broth creaminess. Gyoza was amazing too. Service is quick once seated. Had a 15 min on a Friday afternoon.

This place always seems to be buzzing with activity, and yes, the wait times can be a bit on the lengthy side, especially for larger groups. My friends and I endured a wait of at least an hour and 15 minutes, which had us second-guessing our decision. However, the moment the food arrived, all frustrations dissipated. Their vegan miso ramen paired with sake was a true delight. The flavors were outstanding, and it was evident that the wait was well worth it. So, if you have the patience and an appetite for exceptional ramen, this place is definitely worth a visit.

Food is good. They have very limited seating. It’s busy and be prepared to wait. Staff is always exhausted and at times can be a little rude. Parking is also an issue, it gets hard to find street parking. Place is good for small groups, anything more than 5 people will have to wait for at least 1-1.5hrs since it’s hard to accommodate.

One of the best places for Ramen in all of Seattle. We ordered Miso, Classic and Shio ramen. Hard to differentiate so easily between them but the customisable options in terms of spice etc were nice. Had to wait for an hour approx. before they seated us.

Online reservations wasnt available .You have to line up and choose what you want to order before they sit you down. You fill out a paper per person( kind of like dimsum). There are pictures closer to the front of the line. On a weekday, the line became out the door by 630. The place is small so in a way it creates a line. It fits less than 20 people. Also best to go in a group less than 4 people. There is also bar seating that most people don't want. Gyoza are a 3/5. The skin was crunchy but the filling was a bit bland. I asked for firm noodles and my noodles were indeed firm. The broth was nice and rich. I still prefer Kizuki.

Amazing ramen place ..I think this is the best ramen place in seattle..their classic thin noodles are the best and you can customize the noodles too..the soft eggs were also soo good it’s a must try!! It’s almost on par with ichiran ramen… also make sure to be here early coz there’s always waiting!!
