Feierabend

I enjoyed my time at Feierabend. The atmosphere is cute. The music was great. I enjoyed my sausages, and I appreciated Feierabend's selection of hot sauces. The place was clean, too. Unfortunately, I saw no water refill station. After my party ordered their drinks, it was hard to catch a waitress. I was drinking water, and I felt invisible to the staff.

A neighborhood tavern with casual atmosphere, featuring bench type seating as well as bar stools, etc. Friendly, efficient service. And the beers! So nice to have a good selection of German beers served at the right temperature in a clean glass with the appropriate amount of welcoming foam. Ah yes. Then food. Try the sausage patty burger with its shining, soft bun and crisp, perfectly salted fries. The jaeger schnitzel is right good, too. Missing spaetzle? They have it here. Nice comfort food! Spend one hour or several, it is all okay here. Notes: There is some street parking within a few blocks as well as a parking garage around the corner, but of course public transportation or a Lyft might be best so you can safely enjoy the special brews.

This place has a great selection of beers; there’s lots to try and they have all been delicious. The food is pretty good too. We tried the fries with curry ketchup, the bratwurst burger, the kasespatzle with mushrooms and gravy, the jagerschnitzel, the poutine, the pretzel, the brat sliders, and the meat and cheese board. Every single dish has been delicious! Only downside is that the service is hit or miss. It’s usually decent, but one of the waitresses was a bit rude.

Came here for lunch since it was close to my neighborhood UPS Store. I was expecting a bar with bar quality food but it exceeded my expectations and more. As you would expect of a German pub, you order your drinks in liters. For those who are up for a challenge and some swag, there's even a punch card program which rewards you for your alcohol consumption... Win win. The curry ketchup was a nice touch on what otherwise would have been typical fries but the brat burger was unlike anything I've had before. It was gourmet in every sense and its schnitzel sandwich partner was just as satisfying. Definitely worth checking out.

Really great German pub. I can't say 100% whether it was authentic, but it certainly felt like it. Great beer selection, especially if you aren't that into IPAs (like me). Helpful bar staff, and a chill atmosphere. If you like a good, low key bar, this is an excellent find. I highly recommend the Dopplebock or the Celebrator.

Pretty cool bar style restaurant. We went on a Friday night and thought it would be packed. We were seated fairly quickly. We sat at the bar facing the kitchen. The chef was very friendly and informative about the food. They were able to easily accommodate my food allergy. The chef even got my to try something I have hated most my life.... sauerkraut. We will most definitely be going back.
