The absolute best butter garlic chicken wings ever! I have gotten wings from countless restaurants, including the wing restaurants and they beat them by far. The wings are crispy and have tasty coating and you can taste the butter and they come with onions, garlic and a sweet chili sauce. I am only coming here for wings from now on. I get 2 big portion orders for $19. Love this place, staff is cool. The hours are 10am to 5pm.

The fried butter wings are honestly the best wings I've ever had. I wish I would've tried this place much earlier than when everything started reopening during the pandemic. They announced that there's a very real possibility of closing. Please please please try it out and help save our local businesses.

Hands down my favorite Vietnamese/Chinese noodle joint. Parking can be difficult at times but they are worth a visit. I was so glad to see them up and running after a difficult, hard year and a half. I always get the combo, (mi thap cam) soup on the side, and a side of those "crack" chicken aka butter garlic wings and sometimes when I feel like it a side of chinese donuts. Prices have always been pretty good and food has always been consistent.

Absolutely my favorite noodle house restaurant! Been going here for years and again, hands down my favorite place to go! Out of all the branch locations, this one is also the best. The soup is good, you don't even need to add anything to it. My favorite is M4 with no pork liver. The chicken wings are AMAZING! Also the fried tofu! Writing this review is making my mouth water. The employees at this restaurant are all very friendly and remember all their returning customers. I highly recommend Hue KY Mi Gia, one of the best asian restaurant in Seattle

The wonton(with pork and shrimp) soup was very simple yet delicious. Garnished with the perfect amount of green onions and roasted garlic. I ordered a side of rice noodles and they served them in the same broth of my soup, I felt that was a nice touch since most places literally just give you the noodles. Pretty straight forward menu and service.

Place specializes in Chinese / Vietnamese style noodle soup. All meals served with hot tea for $10. I had a soup that had roasted pork, pork liver and spareribs and a few shrimps with some crunchy fat bits. Now that's cheap eat in Seattle.

My only regret for coming to Hue Ky Mi Gia when I did was that I wish I was a little more hungry then I was. Having said that I was very impressed with Hue, which is a comfortable place to have a meal, with an attentive staff and quick service. I got the garlic chicken wings, which were incredibly scrumptious and I can still taste the garlic on the back of my throat. Definitely, enough to split between two or even three people if you are small eaters they give you a very healthy portion of ten chicken wings. For my entree, I got the fried duck with the broth on the side. The duck was flavorful and crunchy. Noodles were a bit coagulated but still enjoyable, and the broth even by itself was tasty. Definite recommend.

I go there for the Duck Egg Noodle Soup. So does just abut everyone else... I've gotten both the roasted and the braised. Both are great. It's the awesome broth and the firm noodles. Oh, and the tasty bits of crackling that's in the soup. My favorite soup anywhere.
