Qdoba Mexican Grill

I tend to pop in here right before closing as they're the only place still open past 9PM in the area besides the 3rd and Pine McDonald's, and to my surprise the quality of their food is just as good even right before closing time. Staff has always been nice too, even though I'm sure I've made them reopen parts of the kitchen just for me haha

Just ordered brisket nachos and added grilled steak. It was DELICIOUS!!!! All my instructions on the order was honored. I am a very picky eater (especially about Mexican food). These nachos outweighed my expectations. It did take me quite a while to receive my order, but that could just be the Uber Eats driver. I will definitely be ordering from Qdoba again.

It was mine and my husband's first time ever trying this place. The burritos and taco bowls are absolutely huge and you can put whatever you want in it as far as rice and vegetables go and then you get one meat and it's like $10. The girl behind the counter was awesome and explained how the ordering process was done. The food was excellent and freshly-cooked I would recommend coming here.

After spending a couple of days in Seattle, I managed to convince my colleagues to try my favourite Mexican restaurant from my Chicago trip, {Qdoba}. Wow, from a simple down to earth outlet way back in 2010 to an upmarket & more Commercial place, these guys have grown a lot. Being a vegetarian that day, I ordered an edible bowl with red beans, brown rice, grilled veggies & some guacamole. As always I ordered a portion of chips with guacamole, & they turned out to be just perfect as they used to be, however not warm as they used to be. Taste & flavour perspective, it was great, they maintained the quality, taste & quantity consistent, like most chains do. Definitely visiting them soon enough to try their adobo chicken on one of my meat days.
