Most people go there for spicy food but there are still many other choices. Ordered the lamb rice noodle and beef rice noodle. Great spot for quick bite!

Super authentic & DELICIOUS!! A First timer & Def. Coming back again. The service was perfect, our waiter was so sweet and very informative of the menu and the dishes they severed. I had the bone marrow ramen soup and it was served with two huge joints AND I had to remove the meat myself (served with a glove ☺️EVEN!). Can't forget to mention the portion sizes where ABSOLUTELY huge! Especially for the price! It was definitely one of the BEST places I've been too in a while. Its gotta be one of the best kept secrets.

I have been here many times, this is always my favorite noodles in Seattle! They gave a lot of meat and vegetables, it is definitely worth the price.

Super authentic, like moms beef noodle soup. I had leftovers and the next day, the soup gelatinized, which means they use legit bones to make the base broth! Which is amazing. Wish they used better wheat noodles but that’s minor compared to the meat and soup.

We originally went just to try the dumplings but because they were allowing dine ins, we ended up getting more food than we originally planned. Everything was fairly good.

TLDR: Homey and feel at home authentic Chinese food--not your typical overly flavored Panda Express. Small restaurant next to a veterinary clinic. Cafe-like setting with moderate noise level. Menu has limited items. This place is for those who feel like having a home cooked Chinese meal. Don't expect your entrees to be overly flavored like your typical chain restaurant. Each dish is lightly flavored. Menu could use more work--has all the basic information but does have spelling errors and inconsistent caps/font. I like the duck and cat chopstick rests. Complimentary pickled veggies and what looks like crunchy chili peppers with peanuts and seasoning. Noodle types: rice noodles and regular noodles (yellow, most likely egg noodle). Guiyang spring roll (no longer available): tasty and very filling. It is a wrap-it-yourself style. Wraps served along side a bento box full of veggies, some egg, mince pork, and dried noodle. The dipping sauce is sweet and sour (house made) and there is chili oil you can add to it on the side. Daikon radish and carrot slices were a bit on the dry side. House beef noodle soup: light broth with a slight hint of black pepper. Beef slices and tendon were very tender. Leek topping added a nice light crunch and flavor to soup. Beef stew noodle soup: good flavor and there is a hint of black pepper that seems to build as you go. There are beef slices as well as chunks of stew beef. The slices were tender and tasty. The stew chunks were slightly chewy and had a sweet taste to them.

Quick service, reasonable prices. I got the lamb brisket with thick rice noodles and it lived up to the hype.

So good!!! This is what good Chinese noodles should taste like. Ask the chef what province the was from, he didn’t know but he said spices are all from China. Very authentic and if you like real Chinese food check this place out.

Amazing authentic noodle soup. Reminded me of being back in Taiwan. Had peanut powdered black sesame rice balls for an appetizer. They were warmed, soft, and incredible. The soup broth was a little bland when it came out, but the homemade hot sauce with blackened fried red pepper flakes made it incredible. Finished things off with their fermented rice rosewater glutinous rice ball dessert soup. If was perfectly sweetened and complex. Two huge thumbs up.
