About as authentic as it gets. This hole-in-the-wall restaurant serves up some of the best Vietnamese soups in town at a great price, and it’s worth the trek. Better than many of the Vietnamese spots in international district. If you like traditional Vietnamese pho, then you’re going to *love* their specialty Bun Bo Hue soup. Rich, flavorful broth and they don’t skimp on meat, quality or variety of ingredients. Service is fast and friendly, no frills. Cash only.

Garbage . Cash only to under report taxes and no posted health rating. Hole in the wall but very dirty. I saw a customer blow/pick his nose and wipe with napkins and leave it on the table. The waitresses are also the table clearers so they clean the tables, run your food , and handle the cash all without cleaning their hands . Thank god the lady that didn’t clean that table served me my lunch. The bun rieu ($12 USD) was not authentic. They added blood cake (eww) and over cooked shrimp in it. If I wanted blood cake I would have gotten the bun bo hue. I had bun rieu all over Saigon and this is not how it is made. The broth was very salty.
