Subway

Food was good, and usually staffs were nice. But a lady working on Fri. afternoon had a such a bad customer service. She looked like no motivated at all, and her attitude and way to talk to me were very disrespectful. She asked me to put some sauce on my sandwich, and said “Yes, please.” She sighed and didn’t give me what I asked. At register, she left from me with out saying anything even my payment was not completed yet. I wanted to get my receipt, but no chance. I felt like I was fooled and I waisted my money. And of course she never said “thank you” to me, and she didn’t smile at me even once while I was staying the shop. I was so disappointed and had a very bad feeling. I don’t recommend people to spend their money for such bad experiences.

I asked for 6inch spicy italian sandwich and the guy making them gave me 4inches. I told him it seems to be quite smaller than 6inch and he said that what he was giving me is a 6inch. I know for sure that was 4inch. I was just taking my lunchbreak and need to get back soon so I just said, "okay, just give me that so I can get out of here!" Do your best and be honest if you want a good rating!

I only gave this a one because I cannot give this a zero. The customer service here is usually ok at best. But unfortunately my last experience was a tipping point. The Indian woman helping me had no nametag or I would just mention the name. Anyways she had told me one of the bread types could not be served. I shrugged that off "no big deal". When it came time for selecting my toppings she was not friendly whatsoever no smiles or conversation that would make me feel welcomed. And when I had simply asked for some regular mayo, she had proceeded to cover the whole sandwich with mustard... I has explained that I asked for mayonnaise. She then replied with a smirk "thats too bad" I was rather taken back at the blatant rudeness that I did not want any confrontation as this lady had a problem apparently. So i bought the sandwich to act as if she was not effecting me. Normally I would say something but when I am out on work I usually just dont want to make waves or cause drama. Just wanted to let those who travel to Magnolia to know that they better get used to mustard and it is just too bad if it ends up on your food even when you dont ask for it.
