Clean and friendly place. Was asked for our drinks order as we sat down, ordered dough balls for starters and calzone and pizza for main. All very tasty and very filling. Our waitress Abbie worked damn hard was very friendly and polite. Abbie seemed to be the only waitress working and worked very hard. She's worth her weight in gold!!

Excellent pizzas. If you're looking for something a bit different from the usual chains, I'd definitely recommend a visit to Proove. We had plenty of food, in fact we probably need not have ordered an additional side as we had more than enough with 2 pizzas and one side. We were looked after well by the waiting staff and felt it was good value for money.

Found by chance on our way to another restaurant. I'm Gluten Free and their pizzas truly rival the best Naples, Italy have to offer. Never thought I'd find pizza like this in Britain. Service was excellent and friendly just wish we did not live so far from Sheffield. (We were visiting for a sports competition at the EIS.)

Really excellent experience here. Pizza not usually my eat out choice, but the Pizzas here are freshly made and cooked in the ovens in front of you. The other offers on the menu from the Street Good section are amazing, lovely fresh ingredients and dishes I have never tried before that are amazing. As the only independent restaurant outlet at Valley Centretainment, Proove are breaking new ground and I hope, the monopoly held by the awful chain outlet's that dominate the market here. Eat here, you won't regret it and your money will be supporting a local business.

We visited recently and I've to say the children and I were pleased with the pizza (I'm Italian, so very critical 😉). The only pity is that they take away the children's menu so they're left without colouring or drawing! Why? Children need to keep busy till the food is ready so please put this right! Thx
