It was horrible I orders hot chocolate and there was hair and I knew it wasn’t mine because I am blonde when I confronted them they said it isent our problem. But quite frankly it is there problem. And there was a maggot infestation. DO NOT COME HERE!!
The staff are always pleasant and delightful. Always had hot food or drink and quick service and my kids love it too. Areas are always clean and tidy, and the atmosphere is always friendly. This is a lovely Costa coffee in a quiet area

Reasonable Costa in the city centre where we were able to find a seat on a busy Saturday afternoon. Service was reasonably friendly and fast. Chocolate Twist tasted stale, although hot drinks and Millionaire's Shortbread were good
