I believe it's recently reopened. Nice pub Sam Smith's pub so no mobile phones etc . Friendly nice outdoors area at front. Quiet village location. Dogs not allowed inside pub ok in beer garden area. Great prices. Real ale served. Haven't eaten but food looked good as it came out for others. Well worth a visit.

Quiet afternoon pint with my good lady. Still very much as it was lost, none of its old character.
Although I would say they're missing a trick having done away with the children's play area.

Food was outstanding we had liver & onions which is a rare thing to get on a menu and it was thd best I've ever had.. Definitely will be back shame I couldn't take a picture

Fantastic to see this lovely pub open again. A warm friendly welcome and atmosphere. Great selection of drinks at competitive prices. Haven't tried the food yet.

Absolutely gorgeous place, wonderful team and the food is absolutely fantastic…. Not to mention the drinks too! We’ve agreed we won’t go anywhere else now when we get chance to go out. Absolute hidden gem. Well done to you all, superb experience!
