Great atmosphere but shocking food, the croissant was at least one day old, cold and hard that i had to ask to warm up. The hot chocolates were tasteless!
The gentleman who took the order did not even smile or say Good morning back to me!! Really rude.

I love this Costa Coffee Shop. Well situated for the Peace Gardens, Winter Gardens, Millenium Galleries, and Theatres. I'm a regular customer and enjoy the coffee and the good selection of scrummy cakes and snacks. But what makes this is the hardworking team of friendly Baristas.

Me and my friend had a fabulous experience at this shop, with a very spacious inside area that is comfortable! I enjoyed my Americano and it is a plus that they don't have a protective screen at the till, also cleanliness had been maintained.

I loved the atmosphere of the place, and they have a great lemon drizzle cake. The coffee is okay, but the service is very nice. I used my free coffee for today and tried the Spanish latte. It was nice, especially if you enjoy sweet coffee :)
