Good staff. Chicken portions have shrunk generally at KFC over the years though (the chocolate bar model).
The KFC fries have 'for years' been AWFUL. Please change the recipe.

I've ordered from here a few times and you get what you expect from KFC excellent chicken, rubbish chips (like all KFCs) I accept that as I love the chicken so much and have returned here several times. Tonight however I was more than cheesed off by getting a chicken wing instead of a drumstick, plus it was very dry. I ate it first, then ate the rest to balance my upset. Chips were still terrible.
Excellent delivery as always! 15mins early.

I ate a whole 10 piece chicken strips and 2 fries gravy and corn because the food was so good... And I say that even though I've never really been a fan of kfc. Sooooooo tasty

The bloke on the till was very good, but he seemed to have a lot to cope with, other staff seemed to need a lot of managing, delivery drivers turning up 15mins after food was ready etc.
I was glad I picked my food up and ordered on arrival so it was fresh! The food was fine, just as advertised.
The store is small and it is difficult to stay distanced, but it is clean.

Fast prompt service even in covid times.
Downside is only takeaway no longer has a seating area. Another fault was by time got home realised had been given incorrect drink order even though till receipt was correct.

Normally great and at least 5 stars, I will change the rating next time I visit if they get my order right. Zinger tower box meal ordered, fillet burger received.... poor and annoying
I have re rated this as it's only fair, they did what I asked in my last 3 visits over the past few months. Loads better and always got my order correct, hot and tasty and not had any issues since. Great work KFC

Nice carton of tea for £1.09 well worth the money. On occasions they have allowed me to use their toilets without purchasing anything. I have arthritis and I use a walking stick. Very good of them. A lovely place. Their fries are ok
