Lot's of positive reviews, so wanted to stop by.
The store, opened I believe since 1979, is nicely decorated inside and the chocolate offerings are plenty from boxed chocolates, ice cream, cakes, hot chocolate and individual pieces of chocolates.
The chocolate half balls themselves are made of sustainable cocoa. Lots of flavors. Flavor profiles of each are good. Pricewise, it's not too too expensive for what it is.
The soft ice cream itself isn't that good IMO, but the thick chocolate shell it was covered in was great, was super rich and thick. Couldn't finish a petite (small) given how thick it was. If your unsure, I'd suggest starting with a mini.
The regular chocolate was as expected. A hard shell. The Chocolate Hazelnut dip was better I find, it's shell a bit softer than regular milk chocolate.
Would come again.
Would recommend checking it out.

Staff were friendly and efficient, I love the chocolate - it’s so unique and so Canadianly-made sweet. Thank you for letting me experience the 75% dark chocolate, it’s so yummy! Highly recommended, will truly go back and try some other chocolates.. thank you!

One of the best stores I've been to. I do love chocolate so I am biased but wow is there ever so many options and there are all yummy. If you're looking for even just plain vanilla ice cream this is the place to go, but you can augment your cone with just about any type of chocolate you want. You can also get just pure chocolate and enjoy that. Highly recommended and the staff seem to be having so much fun

The best place in town to get chocolate fondue and ice cream! Their signature ice cream process is amazing to watch… they have several delicious choices of chocolate dips for ice-cream… it’s certainly something you shouldn’t miss out !

Have been craving this specific ice cream place for 5 months since I moved to Ontario. The cream is great; the chocolate cover is think and so good! It doesn’t melt or fall apart like others just by touching it. Also the picture that shows the real size of the different options is super useful.

I'm in Visit here from windsor. My cousin suggested this place with their poutin ice cream.

If you go during busy times (ex. Evenings or weekends) there's likely to be a long line. But the service is great and you're never waiting for long. It's well worth it! The ice cream itself isn't the draw, it's all the flavours of chocolate to dip that ice cream in that's amazing. A great place if you have a sweet tooth and a love of chocolate.
