Sballo Il Ristorante

A reservation has been made earlier that week so we expected to be able to walk in and immediately grab a table. However, instead we were blown off at the reception desk when we said we had a reservation. The person just looked at the book and then went to attend to the people behind us immediately without giving us confirmation that the reservation was good or how long the wait would be (Ended up being 15 minutes). This was a horrible first impression for such a nice looking restaurant. During the supper, we were at the restaurant for 2 hours and the food was great and the atmosphere was really nice. However, during that two hours no-one had stopped by to refill the glasses with water(which were empty after the first 20 minutes) When the food arrived the delivery was average, the person did not seem very ecstatic to be there and just dropped of the food and disappeared(not before knocking into the empty glasses that were on the table with the plates). He had left without warning us that the plates would be so hot that you could only touch it for a second. I wish I could say for certain that I would visit this place again just for the food. But I'm not so sure. If you plan on going here, expect good food but don't expect the service to be the same.

I was very disappointed right from the start i had made The reservation a week in advance to be sure to have a table. The reservation was made for 7:30 upon arrival we were made to wait 30 mins before getting a table when we got to the table there was leftover pasta all over my chair, our water and wine glasses smelt so bad we couldn't drink out of them when asked to have them changed we were treat very poorly we then wait another 15 min Before our wine was poured the food was good but very small portions for the price very poor service it was our first time going and most likely our last
