Keyaki Japanese Restaurant

The food at Keyaki is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I love the service at the place, all of them are cautious about what you need. They always take care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place. Me and my wife felt like we're in Japan. Btw, Jeff has an exceptional service. 🙂

Lovely place, I brought my parents here for the first time and they also enjoyed both the food and atmosphere. In my humble opinion the best dish was the tempura soba. The soba was of high quality. I can't remember the exact details of it as the waiter explained to us... Tempura was also generous. On the pricey end, but it is to be expected when dining at this location.

Mediocre and lackluster. The food was 100% below average and you’re only paying for the ambience. We had the weekend brunch set + Prosecco package. Oddly enough, there was a last order call for food but none for alcohol. We were initially denied drinks and were subsequently apologized to because service was backed up with orders and they forgot they had ONE table with alcohol sets, hence, no last call. Dessert was missing 1 set and the service staff insisted we only had 2 sets when there were 3 of us. Don’t get me wrong, I’m more than happy to only pay for 2 instead of 3 but such a mix up is quite laughable😂 P.S the prawns were utterly over cooked and soooo mushy

What an incredible location! You are literally inside a traditional Japanese eating house, 4 stories up in the Pan Pacific Hotel. The garden is enchanting. For the scenography alone, this is worth a visit. Against the backdrop of Marina Bay, this feels like being in a dream. The food is outstanding. The sashimi, teppanyaki and overall menu were delicious. We found the service attentive and cordial. Definitely a must try for a special occasion in Singapore. On the expensive side, and what you would expect.

It was not easy to get a table on weekend (had to book like 1 month in advance) but the dining experience was worth it. Extensive menu with options for everybody (including kids), from teppanyaki to sashimi, sushi or fried items, rice & noodles etc. Quality food and they taste flavourful and fresh! Just wished that they had a better selection for dessert :) The location is exceptional too, garden outside the restaurant literally takes you to Japan and is a great backdrop for photo taking. I like that there are teppanyaki counters and the usual table seating avail for those who wants a diff dining experience. Tables are widely spaced apart, there's a washroom located conveniently in the restaurant itself. Service was impeccable, the staff are extremely attentive and helpful. Special shout out to Jeff, who made us feel so at home that day. Will definitely recommend the place to my friends!

Ordered their ‘Hana’ set. Friendly Manager. I told the manager I was unable to make reservation for teppanyaki station but after the conversation he offered the teppanyaki station to me as the other customer was unable to make it. The food is fresh and with the fine touch by the chief, the food taste awesomely delicious!!! Gotta try it to believe it !

Came to Keyaki on 2020 and earlier tried their TEPPANYAKI set meal and I was blown away by their quality of the dishes offered. This time round came to try their set brunch, kind of disappointed the grilled prawn was over done, TEPPANYAKI beef is over cooked even when I ask for medium. Most of the dishes served on the brunch is mediocre standard. Not sure if it is the prices difference between the brunch and TEPPANYAKI set meal that differentiate the quality of food served or just their standard has drop.
