Great burgers that doesn’t break the bank. Portions were generous too! We didn’t have space after for their crazy milkshake 🥲 Burgers came together and was fresh off the grill. Buns were nicely buttered and grilled, meat patty could have been juicier but still good. Fries were thick and good. Skip the onion rings, it looks better than it taste. Batter was too thick and tasteless. Not worth the extra $.

overall the burger was great. the price is acceptable with the portion. the milkshake was surprisingly good, I was surprised with the cheesecake on top. The only thing a little unhappy about was the attentiveness of the staff. I have been asking a few times even different waiters, waited for quite a while before someone came and took our order. but the staff was all friendly.

Hosts seem to have difficulty managing diners with reservations, and those without. It's difficult to get a reservation, however patrons with reservations can get left waiting in queue for quite some time. Third time dining in on a weekend. The portions are huge, fries done well, enjoy the range of sauces. Beef parties are thick, ordered the wagyu beef and the cheeseburger. This time round patties are extremely salty. Good range of sides and salads, chicken tenders came with a variety of sauces.

My daughter had wanted to try this restaurant, eyeing the large overly decorated shakes they make. It was a good thing she made reservations, because the place was packed! When we were finally sat, we each ordered a burger to try. Mine was The Old Fashioned and it was very tasty. Not dry, well-seasoned. And then they had the shake - large and sweet, covered in cotton candy, chocolate dots, a couple of lollies. Enjoyable to look at, most definitely. Worth coming back to for the burgers.

The food quality is good, the burgers are well prepared. The lamb patty is tender and juicy. The hoki fish is also well marinated but over fried. The buttermilk fried chicken tenders would have been a great side dish but they were too salty for taste. The biggest letdown is the quality of service. It started ok but over time, the staff were not attentive and ignored the call for service. When they did take note of the service request, they never did get back after that. In one instance I had to call for attention of service staff 3 times to serve a dessert and in the end we had to cancel it after too long a wait which was very unacceptable. Staff wasn’t apologetic at first and seemed indifferent. If this is the kind of service attitude at this restaurant, then they are better off just servicing tourists and don’t bother with local customers who are their potential repeat customers.

Service was great. Food was delivered quite fast after our orders. I had the vegan burger. Its delicious! The fried Brussels sprout is OK, onion rings are good, fries are crispy, nachos were served hot and crispy, fried cheese were really good and Texan wings are good too. The kids ordered the giant milkshakes. They are happy with it.

Very tasty burgers with good quality beef. We had it with crispy sweet potato fries. Guacamole portion was a bit small but tasted good. Staff was friendly and service was efficient once you managed to get a seat. Long wait (45 mins) for table if you are a walk-in. Best to make a reservation especially for weekend dining. Nice vibe and ambience.

Great burgers, but service can be better. The burgers are so good that I only deduct 1 star for the service and environment. Anyway, if you just want some burgers and don’t care about the service then great place to go. Service: starting from the beginning I have been interested to try this place for the longest time. But it’s always long queue whenever I go there. So this time I reserved a table 1 week ago. However, on the day I still needed to wait in the queue for a good 5-10mins. Staff said they were setting up the table, but I could clearly see that there were plenty of tables vacant. After being seated, no one came to take our order, I had to capture one staff who was cleaning table to order. The environment is not very pleasant. Crowded with a lot of kids. People’s chatting and kids’ crying were echoing the restaurant, banging on my eardrums, like a horrendous symphony. I reckon it would be better if you get a seat outside in the mall walk way. The food The burgers are very good. One of the best in Singapore. Came in big portion and you can choose to change your fries to the salads in the side dish choices. The salads are proper salad not the ones that restaurants use to fool you. We got a turkey burger and the Mexico City burger. Both of the burgers are flavorful, right to my taste buds. Also changed my fries to Greek salad 👌
