What a cool place, I love my office but whenever I’m at MBFC I know where the cool kids work. I was looking at some office space here and the view of the ocean is amazing. This is what success feels like. Excellently maintained modern beautiful building. Great amenities, very impressive location.

Fantastic welcome experience. The concierge was helpful, friendly and professional and another staff guided me to the gates and lifts. Five star experience for one of my first visits to an office building after working from home so long.

Lovely building but let down by the outdoor staff that allows cars to park and wait for ages, bottle necking taxis behind.
Additionally the roof / coverings have gaps which make it dangerous when raining

Recently due to remote working I really missed the scenery. It is so beautiful.

Today taken 661 bus at 7.50am from Pasir drive 6 .
Felt the route is boring took almost 1 hr 15mins . Almost same as mrt.
But this is direct Pasir ris to MBFC felt convenient during morning rush hours Instead of hoping on to bus n then catch blue line mrt.
Comfortable although boring .
Has to use mobile n browse as I don’t like to take a nap.
Morning 661 is waste of time
Evening 661 got at 6.10pm n 6.25pm it takes only 30-40 mins.
