Great Chinatown feel, authentic hawker stalls. Grab a Michelin-rated meal and look for the shop selling full head masks of Donald Trump, Michael Jackson or... a chicken!

Going there brings back memories of the 50's. Not much of changes. Most items and products are pretty old fashioned. However there are 3 areas that attracts the crowd, 1) the money transfer service, 2) the sex-toys shop and 3)the massage parlours run by China Chinese ladies on the 1st level. You may not get what you want here but there are 2 other People's Park (the PP center and shopping) besides this complex.

One of the oldest shopping mall in Singapore. The lighting is gloomy and inside is old. It's a place to get beads for crafting. But sadly 2 biggest store for bead supplies have closed down many years ago. Shop left behind have pretty steep price for beads. Good food at the basement.

Found an awesome tailor in basement 1 called wardrobe men's wear. (On the left after walking down from the new bridge road entrance) hawker style food in the food court and less touristy than China Point. The People's Park Complex next door has even more food in more of hawker style food and great prices.

Most of the shop there are travel agencies. Beauty/wellness e.g. massage, facial etc... Unless you are planning to walk around, no reason why you should be there. There is a good dessert store at level two though!! It's near the linking bridge from Chinatown point.

Ok mall. If you plan to visit here, go to Pagoda Street for reasonably priced souvenirs and visit the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum near by. 2/3 stars for cleanliness at the mall bathroom, but 3/4 stars for the shopping factor.
