Xin Cuisine Chinese Restaurant

Lovely afternoon spent at Xin Cuisine! Tried the Dong Po meat (seasonal menu) and it was done perfectly, esp paired with the man tou. Please consider keeping it as a regular item. The black swan dessert recommended gave the great experience a nice ending. Special mention to the friendly staffs, esp May who was tending to us at our table. Highly recommended!

Went for dinner last Sat night with my family and was treated to amazing food with superb service. Big thanks to the service staff Carmen who was very attentive to us and made our dinner experience an extremely pleasant one. The food was also of great quality and ingredients used were very fresh. A good Chinese restaurant that is worth recommending.

The hotel exterior might not gel well, but Xin Cuisine is one of the Chinese restaurant to check out! And whet your appetite as the restaurant unveils new signature dishes just in time before the festive season. Elevating the traditional 赛螃蟹, the new signature Stir-fried Lobster with Egg White & Crab Roe is a lip-smacking good dish. Combining fresh succulent lobster meat with slight briny crab roe. Other dishes worth trying include their Poached Rice with Seafood in Superior Broth and the Poached Sea Perch with Chinese Rice Wine.

Dim sum served at the restaurant was all above expectation! Highly recommend the 鸡扎.. i think thats what the waitress named May intro. Damn good with mushroom, pork skin, luncheon mean and some random meat combi all wrapped in beancurd skin. The black swan dessert is also a must try! Experience with our table waitress May was also excellent. Its always good to be served with warm and humble attitude!

Staff was very attentive and friendly. We came here for my brother wedding food tasting. The cold dish was average but I like the pumpkin bird nest with crab meat soup. It wasnt too sweet for my liking. The wasabi prawn was fresh and the wasabi wasnt too overpowering. It was still crispy on the outside and tender in the inside. The seasonal veggies was also good as I tried many hotel which serve quite heavy msg, however the abalone was abit too overcook till it was rubbery. The dessert lily bub was too bitter also. However, the whole experience was good.
