Fantastic value set lunch! The self titled Caesar salad was a great start to the meal, light yet with lots of flavour and textures. The wagyu rump camp (supplement) was perfectly cooked with lots of delightful fried garlic. Highly recommended! Will definitely check out their new digs when they move to Mount Sophia.

Since its a birthday dinner, we were prepared to spend a bit more than usual. Service staff recommended some wagyu steak for 2 that is not on the menu (approx. S$300 for 2 only for the steak). The waiter did not offer for us to check the doneness of the steak after it was prepared and it was too well done. To be honest, the steak was quite tender however, there were chunk and chunk of fats at the sides that was too fat to eat. Below average service standard. When asked for wine promotion, the waiter snapped back and said "we don't do happy hour". The restaurant was quite empty but the service staff seems to be too occupied with something else- waited quite long to get their attention and to get our order. Total bill came up to be approx. S$400 and not well spent. Take your money somewhere else.

Came in a group of 10 pax. Ordered the set dinner 65 bucks. Came with a salad, crab toast and a ribeye. There was confusion among the service staff and the food came out really slow and I did not even get my crab toast. I must say the service was really poor at this time and highlighted this to the service crew and the ribeye and other mains came out shortly after. Well, they salvaged the situation by offering free dessert and dessert wine. the steak was done nicely as well. So this review turned from a one star to a four star. Kudos to the service staff but they shld be improving the service in the first place

SEAR Steakhouse is an exceptional steakhouse located on the 45th floor of Singapore Land Tower. It is part of the Hidden Concepts group of restaurants and bars. It has a CBD Skyline view of Singapore with outdoor seating with both proper tables and chill tables in and outside. Service is not the greatest, but it is good enough that you don't have complaints. Waiters seem unsure of maneuvering plates and utensils from or to the table. Food is top-notch. I say, anyone can make Wagyu beef steak taste good but it takes a great chef to make a regular cut of meat taste fantastic and that is what the food chefs of SEAR have done. I highly recommend the Avocado crab toast, it comes with the dinner set menu and it is truly spectacular. I relished every bite of it. The staff were so kind as to gift a free iced-tea as well as a small cake for my mother's and brother's birthday. If there's two things I would suggest, 1) more lighting in the open area as it gets quite dim after the sun sets 2) brand the steak with the SEAR logo because those steaks are a class on their own Thank you to SEAR for a fantastic experience.

For those who would like to visit in the month of June (2019),please do so to enjoy their June promo! $18 for USDA RIBEYE & $28 for wagyu. Do ask got their promo menu when you arrive as the staff may not remember to include the promotional menu when they sit you down. We had the $28Wagyu & A4 Mizayaki steak, ($82++). We also took advantage of the June promo & order a bottle of red for $40! We had the fresh Canadian oysters which was the mid range. Fresh and Juicy! Recommended to try especially with the promo going on!
