Table Manners

Recently went for their Sunday 1 for 1 mains for dinner. Foodwise has hits and misses. Their burgers are great with delicious sides, flavorful bun and fillings. Definitely a thumbs up for me. However their pastas are average especially for the truffle tiger prawns pasta and seafood pasta. The taste are overwhelmingly spicy and pasta are over cooked. Chicken is also the same as it is marinated over too long a period of time that it loses its texture and taste. The Salmon is however a surprise and it is good! Tender and juicy with the right condiments. Overall a good dining experience with good service and efficient staff.

This place is CCP offers some good European cuisines. There menu is pretty interesting, have set menu and another where we get to chose each item to make our meal. Staff is patient and courteous. Good place to come in groups and enjoy team lunches, have big tables to accommodate 15+ in a single go. Thr outdoor arrangement is also pretty cool. Having said that, the food is good. Would recommend, buttermilk fried chicken, truffle fries, pilaf rice and pan seared fish fillet with pesto sauce.

Opted in on the 1-for-1 burpple deal for the pastas and we conclude that this is definitely not worth the try without the promotion. The portion served was on the smaller end of the spectrum, although with quality ingredients. Comparing between the Pascatore and the Laksa pasta, the Laksa pasta definitely packs more of a punch with its stronger flavours and heavier sauce. Overall a decent lunch, but would only come back with promotional prices.

I ordered Baked Salmon with truffle fries and broccoli for fibre. The salmon and truffle fries were good and I was surprised truffle fries is included in one of the fibre options as usually truffle fries is more premium. However, the broccoli was bland though I am fine with that. For $15, I think it is okay to order once in a while. My friend and I had 50% discount from the app eatigo so it was worth it for that meal.

Love their lunch concept - they have this unique thing where you get to choose your own fibres and proteins, mix and match style. The food is always prompt during lunch, which is great for office workers on their lunch break. Angie (one of the staffs there) is great, always has a smile on her face. Coffee is top notch too. It's always crowded at night with the drinking crowd, so it can get a little noisy if you're looking for some chill place to unwind.
