Fuel Plus+

A very delightful meal at this cafe, with reasonable prices and great food. The chicken dish was juicy, flavourful, and the mushroom sauce complemented it perfectly. Great ambience and decent coffee – while the venue is not the most accessible, it's definitely worth a visit if you happen to be in the vicinity.

Hidden in a street at the foot of Mount Faber, Fuel Plus is quaint little cafe serving up brunch treats. The maple syrup coated garlic wings were nice and crispy with a very mild maple syrup taste, could not taste any garlic but still a tasty bite. The pulled pork rosti has an interesting flavour combination. It was a mixture of pork, regular/sweet potatoes topped off with a sunny side egg. Wasn't as crispy as I would have liked but I like the idea. I see this as a hit or miss dish for some people. The fried chicken breast dish (I believe it was called chicken overload)was sitting on some mash potatoes and surrounded by a creamy mushroom sauce. It was topped off by a poached egg. The chicken was perfectly cooked as was the egg but I felt the dish as a whole did not come together. Imagine eating fried chicken in mushroom soup. The ice lemon tea was refreshing. It was really clever of them to mix in some orange, cucumber(I think) to their ice tea. Worth a visit but expect to wait for a table. Parking is also a pain.

Tucked away but worth a visit, this little coffee shop has plenty of indoor seating (and a few outdoor tables) and a deep menu of brunch/lunch dishes. The coffee was tasty and reasonably priced and the service was pleasant and speedy. Parking is a bit of a nightmare but there are some limited spaces.

Welcome by the cute neighbourhood cat lazing on the bench just outside the cafe. A small and quiet place with simple deco located away from the noisy main roads. Limited seats both indoors and outdoors. A decent variety of food and beverages with average serving time. Good portion of food and beverages with great taste. A great place to chill on a lazy off work day or a catch up session with friends.

My friends and I visited Fuel Plus for a belated birthday celebration and we gotta say it's not too bad! My friend loved the crab pasta and I thought the drinks were refreshing (though very sour)! Giving 4 stars because there are too many roosters and pigeons around the area and I'm not a fan... Other than that, the atmosphere is chill and you'll have a good time here!

Nice isolated location, limited parking infront of the shophouse cafe. Limited seating capacity around 8 tables. Great place for a quiet breakfast or brunch. Chicky Egg waffles was warm and crispy, fried chicken taste awesome and moist. Waffles drizzled with maple syrup and the side sour cream & sour cabbage brings the dish together well. Mario Truffle topped with generous mushrooms servings, while the scrambled eggs is on the salty side. Apple crumble was a disappointment, crumble was sparsely sprinkled. So basically, eating apple cinnamon fillings.
