Didn't come back to this restaurant for 8 years. Decided to try their new location at turf city. Food standard dropped a bit compared to last time. But the service is impeccable and also a good deal for the happy hour. Will try the other dishes next time.

Excellent food ,price ,service ,staff.Staff were very attentive and friendly.Food looked stunning and it tasted as good as it looked.Should definitely try out the Chinese food from thaipan .Very cosy and comfortable environment and chairs.Portions were very big.Food was affordably priced and worth every cent.

Ambience at Grand stand(former dancing crab) is beautiful and food serve by robot. Price is reasonable and staff are friendly. You can order food and drink from few other outlets.

Came back again after some years, food was ok but recalled it was better before. Some Thai dishes were not available. Portion was also smaller compared to other zi char places. Really like the spacious outdoor environment of the condo, good for a walk after meal.

Edit: their grandstand outlet retains the quality, now with friendly waitstaff and robot servers! Glad butter squid isn't going away.
Love butter squid, kangkung, olive fried rice, cereal prawn. Always come here when I visit Singapore. The butter squid especially is phenomenal!

Still as busy as ever! Glad the standards of food have remained consistent over the years. Butter squid was the definite highlight of the meal. We hope to return again soon! Service staff were generally very friendly, though at times they did seem a little overwhelmed by all the orders received. The sambal chilli was very yummy and fragrant, a great pairing to all the dishes.

Back here after more than 5 years, and it’s still as good as I remember it to be. Food is full of wok hei and remains reasonably priced! Highly recommend the thaipan fried rice and cereal chicken!
