No queue at 6pm on a weekday. excellent service as always.
As for food, the side dishes and xiao long bao are consistently good as compared to other branches.
Noodles is good also. The fried rice with pork is disappointing though. The rice was slightly too wet and mushy with little taste. The pork chop also taste a bit blend compared to other branches.

Staffs were extremely attentive n proactively asked if we need to refill hot water to our tea
Food were delicious especially the fried rice.
Even the tea leaves are not those cheapskate crush leaves but a whole leaf. See for yourself the pic.
Price wise is on the high side but totally worth it to me due to the freshness of the ingredients used and excellent service they provided.
Will visit again.

Still our favourite dumpling go to! Not just the dumplings but the savory soup and snacks. Good place for family reunion and worth your money. Price not thar expensive.

The manager was accommodating as we have 17pax, I went there an hour before to get a number as we need to two table for the amount of pax:

All Dishes are Good for this Restaurant chain, no doubt about it. Their “Xiao Long Bao” is GOOD!
Very Crowded in Waterway Point , be prepared to wait else for dine early.

standard of food is high as of all outlets, personally love the 炸酱面 and 红油抄手 at dtf. Service for the night was quite average but a pleasant dining experience

Good service as always but waiting time is long. Waited almost 40 mins, supposed to be 20 to 30mins. Found the portion reduced especially the prawn bean curd skin, as compared reduced by 20 -25%.
