Mos Burger

The items at mos cafe is pretty pricey. I would say it’s nearly restaurant price already. The yakiniku rice burger was $4+ then add the set was nearly $7, and top up for fried shrimp was added $4. So it’s nearly $15 for fast food. Quite expensive. Ok granted it’s plated for you. But not fully. The salad, fries and onion rings were on a plate. But strangely the burger and shrimps were in paper bags. I put them on the plate for easy dining. I guess if they didn’t have a hello kitty promotion, I wouldn’t dine there at all. There’s simply no reason to. The plated rice meals are even more expensive. It shouldn’t be since this is fast food and everything is processed food. I don’t get it. Taste wise the food is standard like what you get at any other MOS burger. Can’t say it’s super tasty but it isn’t bad. Japanese style fast food. Try it once in your life if you never had before. Portions are smaller than American fast food though.

Moscafe at Takashimaya has the worst service and crowd control. After queuing to order for 15mins. I was told that the outlet is full and not allowed to order my food because i dont have a table. So i wasted 15 mins for you to tell me to wait and give up my queue and i don't have the rights to order cause i can't wait for a table? Furthermore, you charge me $6.15 for a medium drink a 2 onion rings and 10 fries? And let's not talk about that pity portion of salad. Moscafe/mos burger please wake up your idea on your food portion and prices. Damn disappointing. Thank you

Typical Mos food quality which is great, but at an expensive Mos Cafe price point which is not worth your money. Go to the Mos Burger outlet at Ion nearby instead for a cheaper menu. Funny story the staff came to my table with my food while laughing as she overheard the conversation my friends and I were having which was kinda weird

Ordered matcha latte and a clam chowder soup. The latte turns out very diluted and the potatoes in the clam chowder is semi hard, not fully cook. We feedback to staff but was informed I need to add sugar to my latte and that the clam chowder was cooked as per time instructed Very disappointed as there was no attempt to heat the clam chowder further or redo the latte. We left without finishing as the experience was a huge disappointment.

2020 review: We ordered a teriyaki glazed wagyu burger plate meal ($13.30) and a fish burger ($3.55). The fish burger was good. We didn't expect literally just 2 pieces of onion rings as in the picture for the plate meal though (expected more for that price paid). Nonetheless the beef was good. The sides were ok. 2019 review: The fish fillet of the fish burger seems thinner than the usual Mos burger branch. The chicken burger was put roughly onto the table by the waiter and the tower burger immediately toppled. The beef patty in the tower burger was nice. (There was another weird waitress who asked us if we were using the table that we combined (when there were many other empty seats), and she separated them on her own. We wondered why she didn't do the same to another man who was taking 2 tables and 4 seats at the corner, who was just by himself.)
