Minimal, yet maximum satisfaction, quality over quantity without the wannabe-high-class price tag. All items are very well thought out, distinctly selected and perfectly balanced. Really amazing small plate food. The menu changes every few months. The best of the best: Lap Cheong Somen. Second best of the best: Chicken Skins (it is like caramelised t chicken skin).
