Consistent Quality As With All Other Encik Tans. Quick, affordable and fuss free! That’s what you can expect at Encik Tan, although food quality is not the best, its food enough for the price. This outlet in particular is spacious and clean. Service is what you can expect in a food court.. not the best but gets the job done ;)

The slim table uncle (not in picture) is little bit siao, always picking up fight with other people there and quarrels loudly. He even scolded me for not wearing mask while I was having meal there. Wonder why he still there after so many years. Better move him to your heartland shop leh, better suit his temperament. Quite embarrassing old people acting samseng in public.

Staff’s are rude at best. Completely horrendous. Even the supposed manager in red is worst. You don’t come here expecting good service but minimally it shouldn’t be this bad. Their tea spoon is not washed and extremely dirty. Stay away at all costs. If management is reading this jolly well best to send someone down undercover and experience yourself and improve your standards.

Horrible rude service from the first stall, the youngest one with a personal headwear who loves to make the customer wait while she was taking her time relaxingly to fill up the soy sauce and chilli bottle. Why would a shop owner wanna hire such employee who mistreat the customer like this? I am furious.Terrible training from the company also. After hearing me said hello in front of the cashier, she decided to let you wait even more and continue her huge mission, which is to fill out the not emptied condiment bottles. Never ever will I return and all my friends need to know about this horrific rude service as it will ruin your morning and yes she did ruin mine completely.

Went there @10am to have breakfast with my friend today. Initially saw 2 staffs was doing they job on the kitchen, and I at the counter wait bout 3-4mins and no 1 come to the counter and serve me. When i started to calling the staff, 1 of the chinese aunty shouted and asked "what you want". After that she moved to the counter and show the face like dont want to serve me, and used loud voice when took my order. When they put the plate on the counter very hard until the spoon drop on the table. For the foods : Bread are cold, half-boiled egg are very raw, coffee not hot enough. So, Ladies and gentlement, if you want to have a good mood after your breakfast meal and enjoy your happy weekend, shopping, please do not enter to this stall because their will be ruined your mood. I will not going to ANY of "Encik Tan" stall again ! Thank you!
