The Singapura Club - Little India

Came here on a Friday evening and it was crowded. The staff opened the second floor for us to use. Really well decorated 1960s antique. Ordered the draft beer and felt it was a little flat. Truffle fries was just loads of cheese on thick slices of potato without hint of truffle. The Palak Paneer was too spicy with what seems like chilli oil. The food menu doesn’t come with desserts. Great place for drinks.

Nice place in the middle of Little India. Service is done by nice people. HOWEVER... 3* because they sell something but serve you something else. All went OK until I received my "truffle fries with parmesan cheese". As you can see on the picture, they are not fries (but I am ok with it). This NOT parmesan!! (I am not ok with it).There is NO a single flavour of Truffle!! They should have said "Triple cooked edges with cheddar" and put a price accordingly I would have been more than OK (it was good). But I paid for "premium" and get a "regular"

Nice bar and restaurant nestled in little India. Happy hour promotions are great, and we had some naan also. Wished they carried more draft beer of other brands, they only had VB and pure Blonde when we went. The food looks good too as other customers were having it around us. Staff were attentive and polite which was nice.

Really nice if rustic place, great atmosphere sitting outside and nice selection of beers. Slow service considering it wasn't busy and 3 of our party of 5 came down with some fairly dramatic food related issues that night/next day. That Chicken dish was the culprit. I'd definitely go back, but definitely won't be ordering food!
