terrible experience with miserable portion sizes. Totally not value for money here with many other alternatives offering yummier and more generous portions. Ordered 3 warm salad bowls via grab, for one of them I chose broccoli as one of the veggies, but literally only 3 florets were given. The portion sizes of the proteins were tiny as well. Would NOT recommend for anyone looking for an enjoyable, or even a tolerable lunch. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE.

Food: taste is ok, portion is good given that can chose 6 sided and one main with the basic option. Variety of sides is not a lot though. Location: convenient as it's opposite the food court. It's a very small eatery however so waiting time is to be expected for table during peak timings. Price: ok for the portion given. Cleanliness and Hygiene: I won't say it's extremely bad, but definitely need to improve, especially on food handling. The man serving us (middle aged man i presume) was using his bare finger to flick the noodles back into the bowl when he was serving us. Then we saw the same person wearing the same pair of gloves to handle food and then opening the door to clear the table. One star is given because of the way the man handled food.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews 🤷🏻‍♀️ but I had a pleasant experience here 🤷🏻‍♀️ Starting with the serving, it’s actually pretty big, I got the cold protein bowl and even had to bring home the leftovers. Pretty value for money I’d say — 2 bases 4 toppings and 2 cold proteins for $11 that’s pretty decent! The guy who served me also picked up quite generous amounts of food into my bowl. The greens were fresh and actually green lol, and the staff there were super nice! I came on a Saturday afternoon, was pretty crowded, but people come and go quite quickly so I was able to get a one-seater table in less than 10 min. Sooo yup I’ll be patronising again, thanks for the good food!

This is my go to place at orchard simply because the portion of healthy food I can get vs the price point . Compare to the other salad bar , the portion is very generous , both warm bowl and cold protein bowl are also very tasty . Compare to the other food court stall in ION which are all very pricey as well, this place you can get a wide range of healthy choices

Worst salad shop ever.. Can't even keep up with your greens being green... I got at least 80% of the greens that weren't even fresh looking! Order the soba at your risk because its just eating a bunch of flour! It's over cooked and nothing tasted like soba!!! The string beans weren't even well cooked... very disappointed with the quality while pay $11 for all these!? I used to love this brand 5years back.. but sadly I won't return anymore!

Quite a good selection when I was there for dinner at 5.30pm. Hygiene I ordered the soba noodles and was served by this middle aged guy, refer picture. Pls request for other servers. When he picked up the soba with thongs, I expected him to take away the strand hanging out from the bowl. To my horror, he actually flicked it back to the bowl with ungloved hand. I looked at him and seems like he doesn't know what was wrong and asked me , any more proteins ? I called out on his unhygienic practice and he changed my plate. 2nd plate was smaller but at least it is clean. Decided to Google review this place and apparently there are similar practice previously. Uncle, you're selling salad in orchard, not cai png! Even cai png uncle wears gloves when serving.
